unggas (biasanya pseudomonas) yang pertama tercemar pertama kali yaitu kulit,
sedangkan telur (biasanya pseudomonas, bakteri dan kapang), pencemaran nya juga
pertama kali pada kulit.

keamanan kalau ada salmonella biasanya pada produk dengan kadar garam tinggi,

Pada
indicator saniatasi, bakterinya koliform yang merupakan indicator bahwa pangan

indicator kebusukan mikroorganisme yang berperan kapang dan khamir, bakteri
asam laktat dan pseudomonas.
